Terms of Service

1. Who we are

QualityRanker is a USA-based registered LLC. In these terms, "we" means QualityRanker and "you" means the person or business ordering from us.

2. What we provide

We arrange link placements, such as link insertions in existing articles, guest posts, foundation links and AI Visibility Pack placements, on third-party sites. We sell placements and deliverables. We do not control third-party sites.

3. Quotes and invoicing

Orders start with a quote request. We confirm the pack, price, scope and timeline in writing. We invoice you after you accept the quote. Prices on this website are for guidance and may change until a quote is accepted.

4. Site approval

We share a shortlist of sites. Nothing is placed until you approve the site. Once you approve a site, the placement is considered ordered.

5. Delivery

Link insertion orders are usually delivered in 10-14 days and the Foundation Pack in 5-7 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. A live URL report is provided for every link.

6. Replacement policy

If a placed link is removed within 6 months of going live, we will replace it with a comparable placement. Replacement does not apply if the removal was caused by a change you made, a request you made, or a breach of these terms.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, indexing, or inclusion in AI Overviews or chatbot answers. Search and AI results depend on many factors outside our control. The AI Visibility Pack delivers placements and a before/after report only.

8. Our methods

We do not use PBNs, link farms or hacked/injected links.

9. Excluded clients and categories

We do not work with, or place links for, the following: interest/loan finance, gambling and betting, casino, alcohol, drugs, CBD and adult. We may decline or cancel any order that falls into these categories or is unlawful or misleading.

10. White-label confidentiality

When you order as an agency or reseller, we keep your identity and your clients' details confidential. We do not contact your clients, and we do not name you or your clients in any public material. Reports are provided unbranded.

11. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to promote the pages you give us, that they are lawful, and that the information you provide is accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the updated version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where QualityRanker is registered, and the laws of the United States where applicable.
